Tail Project Notes

After babysitting some cats for a while, I've been staring at their tails to figure out the shape, the look, and the movement.

Shorthaired:
Tapered, thicker at base.
Swings as if there is a low gravity setting with a slight twitch and hang time.
Big waves when angry, still hang time.
Want to add ability to change textures, movements, emotes.
Ability to get wet when in linden water.
Optional underwear base to blend tail into the skin naturally.
People can move it around by click dragging.
